Joining FATAAP

[Are you looking for information on joining a sorority in college?
If so, please click the pink button at the right
to visit our Go Greek! site!]

If you are a sorority alumna who cares about supporting and sustaining Greek life, both nationally and locally, you should join Panhellenic. We encourage students in our community to consider sorority membership, and provide support to high school seniors who enter the recruitment process in college.

Even if you don’t have loads of extra volunteer time, you can join Panhellenic and give your support. Your dues help us fund the activities that promote sorority involvement and community scholarship. Supporting Panhellenic = creating a community with Greek awareness and interest.

To be a member in good standing, you must:

  1. Be an alumna of one of the 26 sororities that belong to the National Panhellenic Conference
  2. Pay dues in a timely manner at the beginning of the chapter’s calendar year, which follows academic schedule

Membership benefits include:

  • Invitation to all chapter events, including socials, recruitment forums, dinners, Girls’ Night Out
  • Voting privileges at all general member meetings
  • A directory of all members
  • An informal and fun way to reconnect with other sorority alumnae in your area
  • Assistance with references and recommendations

…and, last but not at all least,

supporting the growth of our Greek community, and contributing to the scholarship of local students.

What to Do: Review our three membership options, below, and then download and print the following form. Instructions are enclosed for sending the form to Shelley Merner, FATAAP Treasurer.
